AI4ALL (artificial intelligence for all) is a new non-profit with the mission of bringing diversity and inclusion to the development, research, education and policy for artificial intelligence. AI’s impact on society is one of the more important questions facing the world today. We hope to drive an agenda that emphasizes AI’s potential to solve an incredibly diverse set of important societal problems.  AI4ALL programs have empowered over 7,750 people globally with AI education. AI4ALL summer programs run at 11 top universities around North America. Eighty-one percent of alumni are interested in a career in AI after completing the program, and many are already making significant impacts in the field, from educating their peers to winning “best paper” at top AI conferences. In October 2019, AI4ALL launched the Open Learning Program, providing communities with free, approachable, project-based AI education.

By telling a new story about who can be a maker in AI, we’re creating tomorrow’s AI leaders and changing technology’s future. AI4ALL has received funding from Melinda Gates/Pivotal Ventures, Jensen and Lori Huang,, Prudential Financial, Microsoft, EY, and The Micron Foundation, among others and has been featured in the New York Times, TIME, CNN, USA Today, and The Atlantic.

About the Role:

AI4ALL is tripling its impact in 2020-21 and we seek a Director of Corporate Partnerships to expand our corporate partner program.  Successful candidates will generate partner revenue by acquiring new partners and managing existing partners. There are ample opportunities for growth in this critical role, which reports to the CEO.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a pipeline of prospective partners
  • Secure new partners and renew existing partners
  • Negotiate partner agreements
  • Manage a portfolio of existing partners, donors and sponsors with the goal of 100% annual partner renewal.
  • Track and monitor partner contracts and agreements and ensure all deliverables are met fully and on time.
  • Manage partner reporting process including writing and submitting grant reports.
  • Work closely with the program teams to plan and execute corporate engagement opportunities to ensure an excellent experience for students and alumni, University partners and corporate partners.
  • Attend and speak at AI and diversity industry events to develop expertise and a professional network. 
  • Coordinate with the AI4ALL communications team to highlight donor and corporate partner success stories.
  • Support the planning of bi-annual advisory board meetings to leverage the expertise and network of 15+ senior level executives to support AI4ALL’s strategic growth


  • Bachelor’s degree required (MBA or advanced technical degree a plus)
  • Proven track record in prior sales or business development, including the ability to meet annual sales goals.
  • Demonstrated excellence in public speaking, negotiating and relationship management
  • Demonstrated experience managing donor/corporate engagement programs.
  • Ability to understand customer incentives, needs and structures and diverse institutional perspectives.
  • Strong project management, organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Must be self-driven with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Professional, versatile and collaborative with a committed work ethic.
  • The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while managing timelines, multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Flexible and adaptable style; a leader who can be proactive and positive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence and engage donors and build long-term relationships. in a development role or business development role.
  • Track record of having expanded and cultivated existing donor relationships over time, especially with corporate donors.
